Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best way to keep scone?

We recommended to keep scone 1 day at room temperature or 3 weeks in the freezer.

Does the frozen scone taste fresh?

The scones are baked, sealed and frozen the very same day to ensure they retain that freshly baked taste. They are just as good as the freshly baked ones once they have been warmed. The texture of the frozen scone are likely to be a little bit more moist than the freshly baked ones. If you like crispy scone, you can cut the scone in half before toasting it.

What is the best way to have the scone?

The scones are ready to eat at room temperature or warmed up. Both ways have an unique texture and flavor. We recommend to try warming up the scone for the first one, and then try the room temperature for the second one. Then you will know which one is your favorite way to enjoy the scone!

What is the re-heating instruction?

Frozen scone: Defrost in room temperature for 1 hours,  pre-heat the oven to 375F and bake for 5-8 minute. For the scones that come with sauce (like caramel/ chocolate/ adzuki bean), the sauce are packed separately in order to keep the scone crispy outside. Just defrost the sauce along with the scone, warm up the scone as per above instruction. And finally add the sauce on top!

Fresh scone: Pre-heat the oven to 375F and bake for 5-8 minute. For the scones that have sauce toppings, the toppings will melt during the reheating process.
